How do we carry out the Discover phase?

The process kicks off with an in-depth workshop, led by one of our directors. We want to understand your goals, your frustrations and what you're working with right now. We'll work using practical terms, not buzzwords.

Then We Dig Into The Detail

From there, we gather what we need through a mix of interviews, further workshops and hands-on audits of your infrastructure, applications, data and security. We use all of this to map out your current environment, identify the right Microsoft technology for your situation, and put together a practical action plan.

You Get Something You Can Actually Use

Our findings go into a clear, readable report with specific recommendations and a prioritised plan. We'll walk you through it with your team and refine it based on your feedback. The final plan covers your full implementation, including how we'll address any issues we've found along the way.
